Guided Self-Discovery
I can guide you, ask the questions and hold the space. You do the discovering — and, yes, the heavy lifting.
RM88.0045 min
A 45-minute guided conversation. Just the two of us, online.
Through thoughtful questions and gentle prompts, we explore you — who you are now, what matters to you, what you may have outgrown, what keeps turning up uninvited, and what you might want from the chapter ahead.
Identity · Values · Beliefs · Dreams · Patterns · Relationships · Boundaries · Purpose · Life Direction
There are no right answers, no personality test at the end and no requirement to have yourself completely figured out. You are both the subject and the discovery.
How a Guided Self-Discovery Session May Unfold
01 We begin with where you are — no need to arrive enlightened, organised or with your life purpose conveniently written down.
02 We explore a theme together using thoughtful questions and gentle prompts designed to help you look a little deeper.
03 You reflect, notice and make your own connections — there are no “correct” answers and I’m not here to tell you who you are. That would rather defeat the point.
04 We close with what stood out for you — perhaps a new perspective, a question worth keeping, or something about yourself you’d like to explore further.
I've also created five in-depth guided journals, made with love for people who genuinely want to work on themselves. We can use them to explore your inner world more deeply.
The Little Journal of Me: Who Am I?
Self-discovery, from the ground up — what you like, what matters to you, and who you are underneath the roles you play.
The Little Journal of Shadow Work
The parts of yourself you've hidden, defended or judged — and, just as importantly, the confident parts you've learned to keep out of sight too.
The Little Journal of Mirror Work
What your reactions to other people — who irritates you, who you admire — quietly reveal about you.
The Little Journal of Boundaries
Understanding, setting and respecting boundaries — yours, and everyone else's.
The Little Journal For Success
Goals, obstacles, mindset and vision — turning self-awareness into an actual plan.

Plans change — and sometimes the day simply has other ideas. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Guided Self-Discovery session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. If I ever need to cancel, you’ll of course be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
No guilt, no awkward explanations required. Just a little notice, please.
A little note. These sessions are a space for reflection and meaningful conversation. They are not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you need specialised support, I warmly encourage you to seek guidance from a qualified professional.
Book when you need it. There's no obligation to return.
I bring presence, curiosity and some very good questions.
I’ll guide our conversation with prompts, questions and reflections that invite you to look at yourself and your life from different angles. I’m not there to analyse, diagnose or tell you who you should be.
You do the discovering. I simply help you ask the questions we don’t always think to ask ourselves.
No preparation required. Just bring yourself — you’re rather central to the whole exercise.
