A 45-minute conversation. Just the two of us, online.
No agenda. No script. No pressure to arrive with the right words or a problem neatly packaged. You simply arrive as you are — and we talk.
Love · Purpose · Family · Change · Loss · Aging · Relationships · Life Review · Caring for Loved Ones
Life invites us to reflect on so many things — the experiences that shape who we are. Sometimes a conversation, one that is truly unhurried and truly present, can bring a kind of clarity that's hard to find anywhere else. That is what I offer here.
How a Session May Unfold
01 We begin at your pace — getting comfortable, settling into the space together.
02 You share what feels present for you — whatever is on your mind, in your heart, or sitting just beneath the surface.
03 I listen and reflect, not to interpret or diagnose, but to help you hear yourself more clearly.
04 We close with something to carry with you — a thought, a question, a moment of quiet.
No journals. No worksheets. No homework.
Life Companion is conversation, pure and simple. Bring whatever is on your mind — no stationery or personal-development homework required.
Before We Talk
You don’t need to prepare anything, make notes or arrive with your life neatly organised into bullet points. Come as you are — tea, tangled thoughts and all.
A few useful things to know: Sessions are private, unhurried conversations. Bring anything you’d like to talk through, or nothing in particular — we can start wherever you are. This is a lived-experience companionship service, not therapy, counselling, coaching or medical advice.
Changing your appointment: Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.
A little note. These sessions are a space for reflection and meaningful conversation. They are not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you need specialised support, I warmly encourage you to seek guidance from a qualified professional.
Book when you need it. There's no obligation to return.
I bring presence. Compassion. Curiosity. And complete respect for wherever you are in your life right now.
I will listen. I may ask a question, offer a reflection, or share a perspective — but the conversation belongs to you. I am not here to fix, advise or direct. I am here to hold space for what you need to say.
You don't need to prepare anything. You don't need to know why you're here. You simply need to show up.
